Very good product excellent source for hydration when you are fasting dieting or after a good workout. All natural nothing in it that is unhealthy just a great product for the price. No funky smells and the flavors are really good. I packet goes a long way. No extra sugars added no chemical sugars. Just a good boost of energy and electrolytes when you need it.

Liquid IVs, electrolytes etc just has an after taste. Add to that, it's sometimes bitter and let's face it..hard to drink because of the taste. On top of that, all the harsh ingredients beats the purpose of even taking it.This HERE though,...OMGosh it's fantastic and is exactly like it says. Reviews are accurate!! One taste and I was GONE!
