Just what I needed

Inexpensive fix
The on/off switch on my cut off tool broke apart. Of course I did not want to throw out the tool, so I just bypassed the switch and installed this product in line with the power cord. I don't recommend this solution to everyone, but it worked perfect for me. I am still using my cut off tool, but now the switch is moved from the tool itself onto the power cord a few inches away. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Good Quality
Hood is good quality and will work fine. Box was open and wrapped in Plastic from UPS. Parts of the latch and bumpers missing.
