The media could not be loaded. By far my favorite electrolyte mix for everyday use during my pregnancy. This is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t have a ton of sodium. I personally get enough sodium in my diet so this is perfect for me.

It’s a great hydration tool but the prices vary greatly and are marked up despite the fact that I have a subscription. I guess this is more of an Amazon problem directed at the sellers. The product is good. Annoyed by the range in how much I pay each time. Probably going to cancel and buy it from the locally owned pharmacy where it’s .50-2.00 cheaper.

I'm a semi-pro athlete. Managing electrolyte balance is mission-critical for me. I've used Nuun, Precision, Voost, and many many others. By far, the DFH is the best for me. The reason why is because:- it contains 4 of the 5 core electrolytes (missing calcium)- tastes good- no sugar- also has vitamin C- also has helpful things like taurine and D-Ribose which is rareDeltas for me- uses Stevia which upsets my stomach but after 3 months, it hasn't done so- magnesium isn't glycinate; it's malate and ascorbate; I prefer glycinate for pain management- it's a powder...I hate powders as they are super-messy; I prefer a tablet- no calcium- super-expensiveThe deltas aren't enough for me to not use the product. If you're looking for a "next level" electrolyte, this IMO is one to consider.
