These are the best electrolytes. I like them because they do not have any added sugar. Just put the drops in your water and you get no taste or fake flavor. Of course, you will have a salty taste, but NO added sugar. I really recommend them. Mine came with a small travel size that I could easily put in my backpack when hiking. They are handy. Also, easy to just drink down with your water.

Use this for day hikes and backpacks. I consider it ideal: no sweeteners of any kind, including no sugar. Just electrolytes. I don't trust effect on body by stevia or monkfruit, nor do I like the flavor. Although absorption of water is aided by sugar, I didn't want the constant grading on my teeth. I use a hydration bladder, so I sip all day long. Lyte show is ideal electrolyte for long sustained low impact exercise. I used to get headaches after hard climbs, hikes in heat, or just a longer hike. This is now resolved thanks due to Lyte show.

Great product I’m on the second bottle I like everything about the product you can get great customer support if your not completely satisfied with product, no hidden ingredient like sugars or carbs also made in the USA small company that cares about there product and customer satisfaction , easy to add a few drops to your water I prefer the liquid over the powder it’s easier to add I don’t like the powder coming back up in my face when added to water , the minerals are sourced here in the United States , you get a smaller bottle to add liquid for easy storage easy to take alone in pocket or backpack etc.. you also get a card with how to reach out to the company if your not satisfied, to me that means a lot and knowing they believe in there product , I would definitely recommend

Everyone should get a bottle ! Seriously! I started a year ago adding drops in my daily water. I saw a podcast on a famous athlete who uses this and decided to try it. I recommend it to friends and family and colleagues! After the first try , we walk without feeling depleted. My immune systems remains strong. Thank you producers!

I've been using this product since maybe 2018 or so. It works great, has a minor taste that I can describe as unflavored unsweetened gatorade. There is a slight acidic tang and salty finish. You can easily mix it into other beverages, there's no sugar, and I can rapidly feel the hydration come back after lots of sweating or general dehydration.Now, the one major flaw for me is that the full size bottles will leak all over the place if it falls over. Over the years, I can't count how many times this was accidentally knocked down in my fridge or cabinet, and I come back to a puddle of the precious wasted liquid with a 1/3 of the bottle gone. If the seal on the bottle were fixed, this would be a 5/5 product.3 bottles lasts me quite a bit, but if you can buy in bulk, you will probably save much more in the long run. Compared to something like liquid IV or other powdered alternatives, it's still much more cost efficient per serving.I'll continue to buy this, but please fix the bottle.

Well balanced electrolyte mix. Very easy to use - just add drops to water. No mixing or worrying about it dissolving. No flavor and no coloring so easy to add to bottle or bladder. Comes with a small travel container to carry with you. Great to use on the airplane too to help with jetlag.

My wife really likes these as they have no sugar or sweetening, which is important for her to control blood sugar. I find the taste a bit unpleasant but these really do the job of keeping your electrolytes up and that is crucial for us living in the hot and humid South. Easy to use, just a few drops in water or a drink and they are of good quality.

I trust that this product is giving me the needed minerals that I wouldn't otherwise. I have an RO water filter and knowing it filters all the bad but also removes any minerals makes me lean on the lyteshow for the necessary minerals my body needs. Thank you for putting out a wonderful product.
