It gets a little damp and is a little hard to get it out. I plan on purchasing the fine grain because the product is great tasting and rice can be added to control the dampness.

Just what I was looking for. The salt has a very fine flavor, the shaker is made of glass and is re-fillable. Do watch Dr. Barbara O'Neill's video(s) on YouTube to learn how to drink water properly for maximum hydration - drink 4 ounces of water at a time with a grain of salt in your mouth.
