I love this for making baby food. It makes it so easy to make healthy food for baby by allowing you to control what's in the food. No additives or preservatives like pre packaged. Make ahead & put in silicone molds to freeze ahead. Reusable pouches make it easy to take with when away from home. Very easy to use and love the self clean & sanitize options. You can even sterilize nipples & pacifiers in it. Plus, it has a pulse setting for when baby gets older & you want chunkier foods. I couldn't be happier with this

Having a small machine to steam and puree in the same is great. Steamer works well in 15 minutes and blender purees to perfection. I have made pears and prunes, acorn squash and sweet potato, and this last round was peas and acorn squash. So far my little guy has loved it all, I do push skinned foods through a sifter after pureeing because he is not big on textures but not needed if your baby doesnt mind it. I don't do many reviews but felt I need to do my due diligence for all the moms out there just trying to make meal time healthy for baby.

I am very glad for products like this. Without this I think I would have had to resort to feeding my child unregulated crap from G--ber and other unnamed brands that I personally do not trust. I use this to make all my child's foods. At my child's current age I am able to make food for them that would last roughly 5 days at a time. I am able to steam and blend with ease. I know what goes into every spoonful of my child's food. The unit can be loud when blending but place it on a rubber mat and you will hardly hear it again. Cleaning can be tough because you must disassemble the blade and get inside the unit. The steam clean feature is very useful. So far I am very grateful that while using this product my child has not gotten sick from poorly prepared food. The steam timing is set so that all food exiting the machine after is safe to eat. Make sure to register the product for the warranty with the manufacture. It Is impossible to protect your child from all food related issues. However with this and similar products you are able to have more control of your child's development. You should be mindful of the food being used also but remember that there is only so much one can do with regard to growth of said food products.

Every parent needs this. I always thought it wouldn't be useful to have one of these until i tried it. Its a game changer.It literally makes everything easier and maintaining it is not hard or time consuming. The large opening for the water tank was my initial point of interest. I like keeping things extremely clean for our 5 month old daughter and evlas has a wide opening to where it is very easy to keep clean and avoid mold build up. Other food makers do not have this. So dont go cheap out on some other brand that causes mold build up.Once you steam your food, you essentially use the same cup to blend it with the built in rotary blades. The blending is GREAT. You can run it through an automatic cycle, and if you need more you can run the cycle again or manually blend. I read some other reviews about people not being able to blend the food fully. Thats because they arent using it correctly. It helps if you chop the food up into little cubes (as evlas clearly explains in the directions), especially if its a harder food like carrots. Ive done carrots in that machine many times and it steams and blends perfectly.The cleaning process is SUPER easy. Everything gets cleaned at the same time because the steaming cup and blender and lid fit together.Ive also used this to sanitize pacifiers, teethers,anything that fits.When we make a full cup of food, we pour it in an ice tray with rubber bottoms and store in the freezer. Each full cup fills up the tray so were not using it daily. This makes this already easy machine even easierIts 100% worth the investment. So stop reading reviews and go buy it, we all know its the best on the market. (Did i mention the customer service was amazing. Great experience from ever angle of this purchase)

I love this product for making and prepping puree baby food for my little one! Before buying this product I was using a steamer on the stove, and then using a Ninja food processor to blend & puree the food. Which worked, however I had so many items out for the process. With this appliance, it's all in one device. I can steam the food in it, then blend it without having to dirty a another item. Even better it has it's own cleaning & sanitizing cycle...makes cleaning so much easier! Especially I'm creating my baby's first foods, I treat each new food as a potential allergy. Which means when I switch to making a different new food, it needs to be cleaned very well in between. So the sanitizing function is fantastic for this. It works so well! I made banana puree and pear puree. Tomorrow will be squash puree, and apple puree. Pear puree I made I used the steamer first then, blended. It came out so smooth! Key was peeling first, cutting up into small pieces, and is filling the steaming basket adding more time for steaming- I did 20 mins. I love this product! Tomorrow I'm making squash puree, and apple puree. :)
