Great product! As a runner with runners knee, it has helped me so much to release the fascia with this tool. It may have helped me more than foam rolling. Very portable. I keep one on my office and another at home.

having a lot of success. Use it without oil just straight up. Bottoms of feet get very tight. Rounded surface works well.For shin splits, i use the hook side with the point on the shin split and go up and down. Works great in addition to overall calf, feet, and hip stretching. Also recommend standing on heels and toes to work different tendon strengthening.Thank you for enabling me to do half ironman training and tennis league!

When I first heard about this tool, I was a little skeptical that it would help with my ankle pain. I had a trimalleolar fracture (meaning I broke 3 bones at once), in my ankle last year, and have had 2 surgeries since then. I have a lot of scar tissue as well as osteoarthritis, and so my physical therapist recommended I try a few different things to help with my healing and improve my range of motion. I did research on the Graston technique and thought this tool might help. I did not have my hopes up that this tool would help, considering the severity of my injuries; however I am pleased to share that it has helped! I have had no issues with the tool so far, but it can be difficult to grip once lotion or oil is applied to your skin to help it glide smoothly. I highly recommend watching a few videos that teach more about the Graston technique before using the tool for the first time, at the very least.

I am endurance athlete and did something to my knee it doesn't like. Super sore to point i thought I ripped something yesterday... I swam yesterday afternoon and spent a lot time of scraping my knee after swimming.. and this morning woke up with a very stiff leg, swam and then scraped away... This thing works.. I don't know yet the difference between this product and the expensive brands. Worth it especially this price point

Great for traps and neck muscles! Smooth yet sharp around the edges. Was laughing at myself for buying something instead of just using a butter knife but I’m so glad I did. This is leagues better
