Assembles nicely if you follow the instructions carefully. Be careful not to remove the cotton fabric ties around the sprung supports until they say so. A little tricky for one person to install, and two people are strongly recommended if ladders are needed.

Instructions could be better
Just installed today... definitely more than 1.5 hours. Recommend attaching to reinforced area even though it's fairly light weight. Instructions say to not use it in the rain....unsure why. Will update after a few months of use. Great price!Sep 2024 update: still love this great product but definitely need to roll up in the rain as it pools.

Great quality
I was very impressed with the construction, ease of assembly, and instructions. On the instructions the arms that fold out can be mounted two ways- only one is correct- my bag. Easy to fix. Great hardware.

Excellent product
Easy assembly. Pay attention to instructions and it's easy to install. Masonry anchors included but with no size listed. .55 is a odd size for a drill bit . I have 26 Inefficient windows at the rear of my house and it's a struggle with the ac to keep it cool. Not anymore. Love the item thanks
