Premium Quality Suture Scissors with Extra Fine Sgarpness (13 CM)

I needed a good pair of suture removal scissors to remove sutures from my Doberman puppies' ears. These scissors delivered. Some stitches were very short and pulled down into the skin. The sharp hook on these scissors had no trouble getting under them, and no trouble cutting them with just the tip of the hook. These are high-quality suture removers, and they're the best I've ever used. The offset angle of the jaws keeps them at a comfortable position. I haven't found a single thing that I don't like about them.

I have a central line (a Hickman tunneled catheter) and I'll need it for the rest of my life. Everytime I have the line exchanged, I have to remove the sutures after 30 days. These scissors are perfect for the job. And I mean perfect. They are just the right size and just pointy enough. The hook is just right for getting in between the thread and the catheter and in between the knots in the thread and my skin.I've already used them 3 times and they are my favorite. The last pair I bought from Amazon were that pretty rainbow finish metal but the hook was too fat to get in there. They didn't work at all. I hope I'll always be able to get more of these scissors.

Very well made product. It has the same quality as those I used during my nursing career. They are not the cheep quality as those you get in suture removal kits.

Lost a star bc not sterile but they’re otherwise great. RN here and these are SO MUCH BETTER than the cheap ones provided by the hospital. These are for personal use but since Ive only ever used hospital grade ones, I’m so impressed w and glad that I got these!

Good quality suture scissors. Well made, well balanced in the hand, sharp. I couldn't find my old pair and got this pair just in time to remove my cat's non-dissolving sutures (yes my vet approves as I have experience). I did it quickly and easily with these. Good purchase.

I ordered these to remove the stitches after my kitten was spayed, rather than have to take her back to the vet for removal. They worked great!. I just let her fall asleep in my lap and was able to take them all out. The curved edge was perfect to get under each stitch. I had thought to use a little pair of sewing scissors I had, but I couldn't keep the pointed ends above her skin. I would definitely recommend these for suture removal.
