The best thing a certain "he" gifted me before we thankfully parted ways was this recommendation. Get cell food, he told me. What's that?, I asked. Sounds like something solar powered, I thought. Seems fishy, and I hesitated, after all, I breathe in oxygen all the time and eat better food than the average American. But, sticking to my principle to try something before laughing at it in disdain for the vapid commercialization of our national health crisis, I tried it. In 2012. And it's 2019. I'm alive, better hydrated than I have ever been in my life, and I can tell you that I just plain feel better with it in my water, and when I run out, I can tell because my skin gets dry and itchy, and my lips get chapped and I have slightly less energy. I have not had to buy chapstick or the like for these past few winters thanks to this. So, yeah, I'm now a believer.I researched this stuff online, and I don't recommend that, because it's like researching your medical symptoms online... so I recommend the following after checking out true word of mouth like the Verified Purchase reviews on Amazon:1) asking your doctor if it's ok to have this added to your water (I'd say in 99% of cases, it's just fine since it's trace minerals most of us ought to be getting from a healthy diet, but still, check.), and if s/he says ok,2) order it here through an Amazon fulfillment center or Prime to ensure product authenticity, and note that it's tens of dollars more expensive in big box stores including one owned by this website (which does not make sense! Why can't I get this in Whole Foods for the same price?? C'mon Amazon, gimme price guarantees!)3) Start slowly, add a few drops (5-8) per glass, and there is a sharp taste to it, so add those drops to a nice 32oz tumbler of water. With the right amount of drops to water ratio, you will not taste it at all. I've introduced my family and friends to it this way, giving them water with drops of it in it, and they couldn't taste it. Hmmm. Anyone know of an Ativan equivalent? I digress... Eventually you'll be like me and just squeeze a bunch o' drops in there in the AM and the PM. If you use too much too quickly, you will likely get detox symptoms, and I tested this too, and yes, it's true. So good to know it helps you detox too!4) Notice over the next few weeks how you're better hydrated, have slightly more energy and have a feeling of, well, just feeling better.5) I'd imagine it helps with a hangover too! But again, don't over do it. On the alcohol and the cell food. There's only so much dying and resurrecting a cell can take before it just gives up. So be kind to your body.This will help you do that.

I've been looking at this product for awhile and finally decided to try it. It is exactly as presented, no taste, and expiration date on bottom of box/bottle. It arrived really fast. Now, this is really a great product. I'm a senior, and so I have all types of things that were beginning to ache, and memory slip ups...but in just one week, I can feel a difference in my body. No it's not all in my head, so don't go there! I started small, one drop in a cup of purified water for the first day. Second day, one drop 2x (afternoon & evening) w/cup of water. Third day, up it to two drops w/cup of purified water 2x a day. Fourth day, 3 drops 2x daily, and so on for the next several days. I wanted to start slow and take it carefully. But now that I'm up to the required amount, what a change it has been for me. I'm even sleeping better. Energy is better, aches have receded, and memory is better. I've seen a nice difference in my skin, too. It will be interesting to see what long term use will be, and I'm certainly going to get more. I hope it makes you feel as good as I feel -- just give yourself time.

I’m a 31 year old person that’s dealt with a host of diseases that are chronic and poorly understood… all of which are autoimmune in nature and have been supplementing for years. This was an impulse buy and not really thought out or believed. I took it this morning around 11 am and noticed I was sweating, had a headache and feeling extremely anxious by 4 pm so I popped some cetrizine and took a nap for 2 hrs. Before I fell asleep it felt like a sensation in my body I’m struggling to put into words. That of increased circulation but pain free except in my head. I’ve just woken up feeling different. More normal than I have in years. Curious and curiouser. I will update this review with more long term effects.Update: because of the bottle shape I accidentally got it in my eye. It looks like eye dropssss. Was super painful. Be careful and put it far away from eye drops!

An acupuncturist let me try 8 drops in a cup of water. I couldn't believe in just minutes how I felt! My brain fog cleared, I was no longer thirsty (I couldn't drink enough water up to that point) but I couldn't describe it in words at the time. I came home and ordered it. Been on it for just a week and no longer wonder what I am here after when I go into another room. I was definitely short on essential minerals, so I looked for something a little less expensive but I don't want to take the risk of it not being equally as good. I feel like I have my old self back! THAT is worth staying on this!!!
