Great relief 🧊🧊🧊
Handy clean solution which I prefer to ice cubs dripping too fast.This helps a lot against pain and inflammation and quickly stops bleeding in case of injuries.I also use it on my tired legs, especially in summer: it reduces the swelling and offers a nice relief from the heat.I paid less than 3 quid for it, seems the price gets a little higher.

Must buy - post surgery swelling
Purchased to reduce swelling after surgery. I chose this because the more expensive ones had a much thicker material and couldn’t penetrate the plastic cast. I messaged the seller if they could despatch sooner, reponded very quickly and the product arrived next day too! The product also stays cold for a very long time, much longer than wheat bags and other alternatives I’ve used! Very happy with the experience, delivery, product and price!! Happy customer :)

Not large and doesnt heat
I bought this as a large heat pack for my cats basket as she is poorly. For a start its tiny. Secondly its rubbish at heating in the microbe. It gets super hot at the ends and stays cold in the middle, despite us stopping every 10 seconds and swishing the gel from one end to the other.It says 20 seconds will heat it with increments of 10 seconds.After 50 seconds it was lukewarm but the plastic ends were burning hot.Dont waste your money unless you want a small cold pack!!!

Amazing affordable Ice Packs
I love these, I use these ice packs a bit too much, but they help so much with my fibromyalgia! They are my favourite ice packs. I’m not sure how they are for warmth as I haven’t used them for that yet.

Works as intended
When it first arrived, I wasn't impressed but over time it's grown on me. Every night I pop it into the microwave and take it to bed with me. It works a treat ... far better than a hot water bottle. I love it!
