Q: I have a weekly box set similar to this with removable lids, do these lids come off to ease filling

The lids are not removable in that the slide out. The lid for each compartment is attached and just flips back. To open I have found the easiest way is to insert your nail under either corner and the lid lifts up to enable tablets to fall out. To fill it is necessary to flip up each lid it is a bit laborious if you have lots of tablets to keep. The thing in its favour is that you only have to do it once a month rather than each week which to me is a bonus

The lids are not removable but are hinged across the middle, so that you can refill quite easily. The individual pods are split into two(am, pm) and are small enough to fit in a pocket but still hold quite a few tablets in each section

Each unit has two halves for morning and evening. My 6 morning tablets take up less than a fifth of that section. Hope this helps :-)

I've got no idea how big an evening primrose oil capsule is. Each am and pm would hold maybe 10 or 12 paracetemol tablets each. You can fit the top joint of your thumb into each am or pm segment.
