With proper adjustment they work brilliantly.
It’s been a while coming but I’ve finally got around to use these and they are fantastic. Once adjusted to the required width they sit on the ground and the door drops in with ease . One works fine, 2 just gives that extra sturdiness and easier for one person operation. I’ve also used them with the door in an upright position to instal the door furniture with no problem though if this is intended I would recommend having 2 for stability.

A brilliant bit of kit!
Such an easy concept - The feet automatically grip and release whatever you put in them making it easy to manoeuvre when handling large items such as doors etc. Much better than trying to grip a door between your legs!!

I bought these to help handling some oak doors and they worked a treat. Really easy to set up and use. A bit bulky to store but good value

Fantastic product, wish I'd bought them years ago.
As a carpenter I fit a lot of doors and usually use a couple of stands to hold the door upright. These work much better and work with any size door. The spring mechanism is genius as you only have to lift the door to release it. If you fit a lot of doors buy it, you won't regret it.

Definitely worth it!
Not a professional but a keen DIYer and this makes working on doors so much easier and saves so much time! Definitely worth getting two rather than the one! Highly recommended!!
