Best conditioner ever and I’ve actually made my own conditioner on my natural hair journey. I have 4B/4C hair with permanent dye and my hair really eats it up. De-tangling is even easier.Also, it has the ingredient that Nina Pool mentioned but I can’t remember the name😅.

Smells great and leaves my curly unruly hair smooth and manageable. It helps with the detailing process plus it smells so good! Leaves my hair soft and shiny.

I have thick Asian hair, and this product seems to be working very well in keeping it feeling fresh and silky. Bonus points to the customer service for reaching out and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase after the first delivery mishap.

I love this conditioner! I’ve tried MANY others, but I always come back to Shiseido. I wet and condition my hair everyday, and comb through it easily while wet. It makes my hair silky, and makes it not frizz, yet my curls are perfect.

This item felt different from the tsubaki I used when I was a kid. It dried my hair much more than I remembered. Almost feel like it’s only good for white people hair, not Asian hair. I am disappointed. Will not purchase again.

Hair is difficult to brush. It's like I didn't put in any conditioner. It is too expensive to have hair so hard to brush and looking very dry.
