Very helpful in falling asleep and staying asleep

I’ve had so much trouble staying asleep for far too long, my Oura Ring is ready to combust! I was using a melatonin supplement and eventually it stopped working. I researched and researched and read the reviews on this one. It took a week of using it and I’m glad I gave it the time. I have literally slept through the night for the past week and a half uninterrupted, this has never been the case. I sleep super deep and wake up refreshed! It’s amazing and wonderful!!

Want something effective and doesn’t make you drowsy afterwards, this is definitely something I was skeptical because it was such a high dose. But my experience with this product was very positive! I felt sleepy within 20-30 minutes and also slept at a longer duration. I will recommend this to anyone having a hard time falling and staying asleep.

Happy to see a high strength melatonin at an affordable price. Remember to take 2 hours before bed to be most effective. If there is one thing I would suggest to improve this product, it would be to remove valerian from the ingredients as some people have allergic reactions to it. I did wake up with a dry mouth which may be a reaction to valerian.

It is highly effective, and unlike small doses, I don't wake up feeling groggy.

These definitely help me to get sleepy and fall asleep at night. I recommend taking this at least an hour+ before you have to go to sleep. I need to make sure I take these way before bedtime and give myself 8 to 9 hours of sleep or I'm more groggy the next day.
