Early signs point to major success
Doing an early review for this product as I only just hooked it up. Was quite easy to setup and works quite well on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports). The Display Manager software requires 'Screen Recording' but that is nothing to worry about from what I can tell. My Luna device (before built-in OS iPad display sharing) requires it as well. It can be a little unnerving seeing the 'Display Manager is recording your screen' icon in the tray go on and off, but Little Snitch does not show any network traffic. The DM software did crash once while I was arranging the displays in the System Display settings panel, but I will not be doing that often; if ever again. Seems stable so far otherwise. Lost the HDMI port outputs when that happened. Thunderbolt displays continued to function. It happened again when I purposely disconnected one of the monitors and had to re-arrange them. Again, not something I will do often now that the configuration is saved. Just in-case, however, I have written an AppleScript App via Script Editor to that runs under Login Items to check every 10 seconds and restart the app if it's not open. Could also just have the icon in the tray and click on it every time it happens, but I'm a programmer... so I solve problems with code often. Still not worth taking a star away as far as I'm concerned. So long as it only happens during display arrangement.Unclear why the color profile is incorrect between two identical monitors (when both are set to the same one). Likely a Mac or monitor problem. So far very satisfied with the port outputs. Will try hooking up a device on each one and see how - if - the unit gets too hot as some users have reported. Not even warm to the touch with the 4 displays going for 30 minutes or so, so far.

Slow ethernet + external monitor ports don't work with Mac M4 laptop via thunderbolt port.
Warning! The ethernet port does not support 2.5G speeds as advertised, and the HDMI ports don't work with an M4 Mac laptop. I've got a 5G fiber connection when running an ethernet cable directly to my other Mac. When the same cable plugs into the weblink doc, the speeds are reduced to 600 gigabits.

Nice
It is nice due to how many items can be connected - but it would be nicer if it would work longer than the 4 months I had it

It does what it's supposed to do.
The reason I purchased this specific model was that it was available in like new condition for 150. Otherwise I think the 199 model is a better fit for me specifically, The additional 10gb USB-C with 30W PDis more useful than the additional HDMI/display port that will go unused by me and it's a little cheaper which never hurts. Otherwise I would have to say for an additional 30 dollars the OWC GO is nearly identical dimensions wise but has an internal power supply. Maybe it's just me but the 90s era laptop bricks along with bulky/stuff power cords just sucks as it's typically larger than any device it supplies and is just in the way most of the time. With all of the said this unit has been like every other wavlink device ive owned, a quality product. I think the majority of users would be better served with a device in between this and the next spec down. Just throw in 1 HDMI port on the lower spec unit and the product will fit 99 percent of users. One thing to note in my personal observations is this dock compared to a couple of other TB4 docks I own is the best at allocating bandwidth etc to whatever device is actually using it. IE I can have all ports tied up with drives and full bandwidth will always go to one drive if it's the only one being worked. Other units sometimes half the bandwidth and keep it there.

Please check the TDP/TGP of your laptop before purchasing.
I purchased and am using a WAVLINK Thunderbolt dock. This product has a sturdy, good quality case (aluminium) and has an attractive appearance. There are many advantages of this product.1. Supports 4 Thunderbolt terminals (3 ports) - Supports more Thunderbolt terminals compared to other general models.2. HDMI DP support - There are two HDMI and DP ports each. Although this cannot be used simultaneously on the same channel, it has the greatest advantage of being able to connect to a variety of monitors.3. Triple monitor support - Therefore, this product has the best expandability with dual and triple monitor connection possible.4. Many other things - Supports SD card reader and supports up to 96W PD charging. A variety of USB terminals are provided, providing expandability to connect anything. Additionally, there is a Thunderbolt cable holder provided as an accessory, which is designed to prevent the cable from falling out of the dock or causing injury.4. Heat generation - It is composed of an aluminum frame and is a very good structure for dissipating heat. But if there are advantages, there are also disadvantages.I have attached photos of the laptop and Thunderbolt I am using to this review. The reason I posted the pictures is because if you are a buyer like me, this is something you should definitely check out.The disadvantages are as follows:1. Depending on the power consumption of the laptop, Thunderbolt Dock may have problems or not operate properly.- My laptop 1 is Surface Pro 9 (65 W TDP), and laptop 2 is Lenovo Yoga 7i (140 W TGP).When connected to Surface Pro 9, this dock operates normally in all aspects.- However, a problem occurs when connected to Lenovo Yoga 7i. I can't say for sure if this is a problem with this dock or with the Lenovo laptop. However, I can definitely say that there are compatibility issues between the two. After connecting the dock, symptoms such as not booting, slow charging, the dock not turning off even when the laptop is turned off, and sometimes USB devices freezing or slowing down continue to occur. That's why I advise you to always connect the laptop's power adapter before using it when connecting to a laptop that requires TGP or TDP over 100W. This symptom does not occur with a Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 docking station with similar specifications. Therefore, the performance of this dock may vary depending on product compatibility and power requirements, so be sure to carefully consider before purchasing.I am using this and think it is a really good Thunderbolt 4 dock and recommend it to you. And, it can be said that WAVLINK's technical support is the best. Therefore, I trust this place, respect their solution, and will gladly respond to it. Because of the technical support, I have no plans to purchase another product. Because their support is the best.
