I was trying to find a creamy substitute to coffee creamer. I'm also trying to stay away from dairy products. I like the coconut flavor of this product, but it doesn't replace a coffee creamer. It dissolved well in my coffee (hot).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this brand mainly because the product description said it was organic and it had no crappy additives. The first time I ordered it, the package did said ORGANIC on the front of it. I reordered the same product and just received it, but there is no ORGANIC indication on it at all. If you look at all of the pictures in the product description, you can see two different packages. The price, however, did not go down.

This tastes pretty good in coffee and works great in substitution for canned coconut milk, which includes undesirable ingredients or is solid. i use this to make yogurt and solid canned coconut milk results in lumps. Overall, very pleased with this brand.

This coconut milk powder tastes great, dissolves well, and smells good. However, it’s quite sweet, which makes me question its purity. I wouldn’t use it for recipes needing pure coconut, but it’s great for sweet dishes or as a coffee creamer. Likely not keto-friendly.

No additives, perfect for my coffee!! Some clumps, but they break up easily.
