Bought this as it's the same brand as they use at our doctors' surgery. Very good, easy to use and as accurate as you need. More and more telephone appointments mean you end up checking your observations at home and telling the surgery things like your blood pressure. Cheap enough that we should all have one. You don't need anything more complicated for home use.

It's not exactly state of the art but it works, is affordable and easy to use, and it's the same one they use on the NHS.
