We line these for our toddler especially because they don’t contain any alcohol sugars. They work great, and she loves the taste! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are pretty hard which makes them a choking hazard. I wish they were a little bit softer so they’d be easier to chew.

The taste was okay but it took my son forever to go to sleep & wind down.

I had hopes for this product; however, it gave my son horrible diarrhea. He only took one and he had three accidents the next day. I don’t even think he knows he has to poop. I think it’s just coming out. It sucked because I didn’t even get to see if this product was helping him Stay calm. So be careful.

These have really helped our little one settle down at night!

I don’t know if it is causing any positive effects in our bodies. I can tell you though that these are legitimately the most delicious supplements we’ve ever had. 🤣 one of my kids would love to eat the whole box. They should sell a candy version.
