Failure product no replacement no return for the product
It's not working and failure model 😭. Waste of money no return and no replacement for this product. Amazon should remove this product on website. Don't take this product. Otherwise you will write like as above.

Innovative product
It's good product. Holder has two type of input which is good. User can put camera in any normal holder or screw type holder. Wifi is compulsory. Innovative product.

Great Product
> Easy to install and use, no wiring required and converter to Bulb Base is already added in box.> SD Card needs to be added and then previous footage can be reviewed over mobile.> Automatic motion detection happens in horizontal movement only. So manually Vertical view needs to be set via app, which is great as it limits the Motion detection over a set area.> Volume over speaker is okay. Issue is that when using speaker on Camera through mobile, the microphone on Camera turns off so you have to keep turning it on/off for two-way communication which is not ideal.> Motion Detection could be better if we could have a default view area that it could go back to when no motion is detected over some time. Otherwise depending on placement, it can become set towards a room area with no further motion as it detects flies too. I had to turn off motion detection in one camera to get a stable view.Overall very useful product, with the easiest setup in a great price range.

Do not buy. No recording, No playback. No customer support. No return/replacement
1. The device is faulty.2. The app/device does not record and playback the recording.3. Once the format option is clicked to format the SD card. The SD card fails to recognize.4. CP-Plus does not provide any resolution for this.5. Amazon says contact CP-plus for service or certificate of denial . CP-Plus does not provide any solution or certificate of denial.Overall not satisfied with the Amazon and CP plus .The customer is not protected by faulty product. Very bad experience.

Useful product! Works good
Working good!!! Like this product. No need to call any technician and waste thousands. Simply fix in a bulb holder and connect with wifi. All done.
