So far, so good!
This is a building block to get me to 2.5/10gb LAN. After a month, it seems to be working well.

Works just right!
We needed 14 more drops. This fit the bill for our network speed and our limited budget. Solidly built. Clean connections. Plenty of cord on the AC adapter.

Unmanaged simplicity
I used this product to replace a Cisco Small Business 48 port switch that was well past its support lifecycle. Managed switches require firmware and the vendor can just decide at some point that customers haven't given them money recently enough and just end support for the product. An unmanaged switch should give more mileage since there is nothing to update. I only logged into the management every fifth blue moon or so anyway so nothing lost really. I have this switched uplinked to a managed switch where I can do any layer 2 management needed as well. The switch has performed flawlessly in the month or so that it has been running. I added an inexpensive 1000BASE-T SFP module also from Amazon for an uplink, so that the 48 RJ-45 ports are available for devices. It is at half capacity or so currently, so I should be set port wise for a long time.

Reliable, fast and has everything you need for a fraction of the price
A nice switch for the little while that I used it. I upgraded to a new switch that has management capabilities. If you just need a simple switch without accessing advanced features, this is a good option.

It works great but the fan noise is very loud.
It works great but the fan noise is very loud. I can hear it loudly outside enclosed room. I am considering changing fans to a quieter version.A note to those not in the network field, you need to change your Ethernet adapter IP Address. I could not get to the login 192.168.2.1 until changing my Ethernet adapter IP Address manually in settings to a like 192.168.2.xx.

It works, reasonable price...
I seem to have poor luck with these switches (not this particular brand), replacing one a year. Hopefully this one is the answer!

Loud and hot
Received a used unit. The internal fan is really loud and produces quite a lot of heat. SFP+ port works and connects to the 10Gb SFP+ on the router with out any issues, although the config gets erased if the unit turns off even being saved a few times... frustrating.

Limited only by being unmanaged
This little switch served my network with distinction until my network needed complex capabilities like link aggregation. If you need more than the 2-4 ethernet ports that come with the standard consumer gateway/router and you don't need anything fancy, this little guy will serve you well. If you need something fancy, why are you even considering an unmanaged switch? Get a managed switch.
