This thing comes in handy. My patients are mostly contracted or have arm pain. It gives a quick reading. The only difficulty is making sure they can lift their arm to heart level to get a reading with an error message. They also need to stay semi still. Tremors are fine but active movement causes an error. Itโs pretty accurate in similarity to a manual bp. This thing is great to do a blood pressure on an overnight shift without needing to fully keep your patient awake. I have never heard a person complain it hurts or is too tight. It lasts long as well with generic batteries. Overall a winner for its simplicity and basic model

Easy, accurate and low cost.
This wrist BP cuff is simple, convenient, inexpensive and as accurate as my nurse-wife's old school heavy unit with separate cuff. I was diagnosed with AFIB and had to use it daily to adjust medications; it has been very handy. Weighs only a few ounces, so I even took it on vacation. Had it a month now; it seems reliable. Walgreens sells an equivalent for over fifty bucks.

Accurate and easy to use โ great value!
This wrist blood pressure monitor is very easy to use and gives quick results. I like the digital screen โ itโs clear and easy to read, even for someone older. The cuff fits comfortably around my wrist, and it comes with batteries included, which is a plus.I tested the readings against a professional monitor at the doctorโs office, and the results were very close, so I trust it. The memory function is helpful it stores up to 60 readings, which helps me track my numbers over time.Great product for the price. I would definitely recommend it for home use!

Wildly inaccurate
I am a nurse. A hospice nurse, now. I was an EMT (taking blood pressure cuffs in the field and on a bumpy and noisy ambulance), then a CNA in an acute hospital (where I took blood pressures of upwards of 16 patients every 2 hours) then an ICU nurse, then a nurse in the peri-anesthesia setting where blood pressures are every five minutes and truly life and death. I have measured (very literally) many thousands and thousands of blood pressures over my career. I have measured many of them with $10 manual cuff+sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope and many of them with automated $10,000+ machines. I now seek something that can do it with some degree of accuracy on beautiful frail people who maybe can't move their arms enough for me to put a cuff around their upper arm. I would like it to be accurate and gentle and somewhat quiet and I would like to be able to hold their hand and continue talking to them while the blood pressure runs. Mostly I would like it to just do its job and be reliable.I have been using omron cuffs. They do that job. They do it marvelously and sometimes so quietly that I can't even tell that they're doing it. And I lost one of mine at a nursing home and wanted to replace it.This is a woeful replacement. This cuff is not any of the above things except "around the wrist" and "somewhat quiet". It is wildly inaccurate. So inaccurate, in fact that I would not trust anything that it decides to tell you and would not even trust it to be a paperweight because it doesn't weigh enough. This will be promptly going back. Very disappointing because Medline should be a reliable company.I will again recommend nothing but omron cuffs and will be buying nothing but omron. Please do not buy this blood pressure cuff. I gave it a good solid try. I put many new sets of batteries in it. It still gives me a wildly interaccurate readin, when compared to a gold standard manually auscultated proper blood pressure cuff.Yuck.

Good for the price. Happy with it.
This works great when the batteries are in good shape. When the display shows the batteries are getting low the reading can be way off. I use it daily and put new batteries in about every 3 weeks. Oh the cancer clinic I go to also uses this same model.

Easy to Use
Hard to tell how accurate it is. I have low blood pressure. I'm going to take it to my next dr appointment and compare it to what numbers they get. So far so good though.

important apparatus of arterial pressure ๐๐
This pressure device is very useful. It is very useful to me since my husband is short-tempered and is busy all the time. It is very manual and easy to use.

Measurements don't match after 5 minutes.
I like that this works so easily and is also easy to read. However, it reads at least 20 points too high on both the sys and di readings when I compare them to an arm band cuff taken 5 minutes later. My doctor would freak out and demand medications or throw me in the hospital if I showed him these readings! I may have to return it. Is there a way to calibrate it
