Much Better Job
The pressurized can instead of the old saline squeeze bottle does a much better job especially if you are trying to kick an infection of the sinuses. AND, not outrageously priced like some others I won't mention.

Great for daily use
When I wake up in the morning my nose is always clogged. What I do is I spray this and leave it in for 3 minutes and it makes it much easier to blow all the mucus out since it loosens it. Also I like to because it’s drug free and your body doesn’t rely on it.
