Instructions for teaching radio code didn't work
Arrived very quickly. Had to try a few times before cloning succeeded. Instruction booklet said hold two side by side. In fact it was only when I found the loose leaflet advising back to back that it worked.

They work ... if you can get them programmed
We got these for a small block of flats with four separate garage doors. We followed the instructions included precisely but programming them was a nightmare (and I work as a programmer!). They randomly operated 1, 2, 3 or all 4 doors - we ended up with doors going up and down like some dancing fountain tribute. In the end we had to get a garage door firm to send someone to programme them for us. When he read the included instructions, he laughed a lot. He got them set up how we needed but now we are waiting for the bill for his time, which will have to be added to the cost of the fobs, which aren't cheap.

Great quality and easy to use.
I only ordered this unit as I had lost a previous one. We use it for remote opening of the garage door and keep one in the car and one in the house.I did get the installer of the remote garage door to come round and synch the new control unit so, to be fair, I cannot comment on how easy it was to connect up, though he only took a couple of minutes and the controller comes with full instructions.
