Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the convenience and efficacy of this product. Travel friendly and dependable. It tastes good and is easier to use than the powder. The powder miralax has a different ingredient than the chews so it does work differently. Chews are faster working than the powder. You would have to try it out to know for yourself how quickly it works for you Everyone has a different transit time. It is more expensive because I need to use at least 2 chews. I had no cramping whatsoever. Bottom line MiraLAX is a great product either way and I have both the powder and the chews. I use them both depending on my need at the time.

I regularly use Miralax on a daily basis- sometimes 1/2 dose, sometimes a full dose and that usually does the trick in keeping my GI tract moving. However, on occasion, my abysmal eating habits catch up with me and I get stopped up like ther's a big cork stuck in me down there!! Now, I know that Citrate of Magnesia will work, but it depends on me being able to drink the stuff!! Citrate of Magnesia is sooooo sour that not only my mouth wants to reject it, my stomach wants to eject it!! Happily, I found Mirafast Soft Chews; they are a pleasant kind of berry flavor- easy to chew up the two chews and follow them with 8 ounces of water. If that doesn't work after a few hours I repeat it. There is no cramping, I don't experience diarrhea with Mirafast; it just seems to move things along. I am a very happy customer.

I wouldn’t say this is a replacement for the powder, but I bought it thinking it would be. This worked within a couple hours, whereas I usually would drink the powder (with water) before bed and wake up in the AM to have a BM. Got these to test for an upcoming trip, and they come individually wrapped which I like. It did work relatively fast which I liked. I took two, each about 1hr apart maybe. I’d have loved to have a solid but easy to pass BM but this was a straight shot of liquid.Price wasn’t a consideration for me because I would pay anything to be regular and have it be convenient and travel-friendly. I did read a review regarding the high sugar levels on this product which I failed to consider before buying.All in all, I think I’ll keep using the powder at night and supplementing occasional more serious constipation relief with these, as these work quickly but seem to have not ideal ingredients (also failed to read before buying, I was excited!) If these had the same downtime for me as the powder (I like taking before bed and waking up to start my day with a good BM- I don’t want to wake up a couple hours later), were sugar free, and didn’t have the non-ideal ingredients, then I would absolutely replace the powder with these! I’ll still travel with these just in case, though.

These work exactly how I had hoped. I unfortunately have to take Miralax every night which is a pain when I travel. I got these to help on short trips and they were perfect. Dosage is 1-4. I take 2 before bed and that works perfectly for me. Taste and texture are good. Little expensive but worth it.

I do not care for the texture of the chews or how long it takes to actually chew them. It is almost like trying to chew gum and then swallowing said gum. It is also not as effective as I would like.It claims to work quickly, but it still takes days for it to work for me, even at the highest recommended dose and drinking the amount of water recommended. I do not want to steer anyone away from trying it, but it did not work well for me.

…Even for stubborn constipation. And I take medication that creates quite the backup all the time. These help move things along effectively and efficiently.I had to have a second colonoscopy within a month of the first because the clean-out procedure did not work.So before I started the two day prep & liquid diet, I spent the four days prior to the prep setting “dynamite charges” and blowing through the blockage to allow “traffic” to flow.These were extremely effective. And it made the 4 bottles of Magnesium Citrate that I drank work without the horrid cramps and nausea.And it still did not clear all the debris.Thankfully the doctor was able to wash that away, because they found something this time. While it isn’t the worst thing yet, it is one step below the worst thing.These little chewables helped them get where they needed to go to find those things so they could remove them.Now I’m on the 3-year plan. And I’ll keep these close by, just in case.

I decided to try these because I couldn't bring myself to drink a daily supplement. They taste GREAT, they are easy to carry, easy to chew, and work well. I typically use 1 daily depending and it helps to keep me regular. Absolutely worth every penny!

It works. Not as efficiently as the liquid. And it isn’t as gentle. But, it works. I have some GI issues, so I take this in the morning and the liquid late in the day and that works. With prescription meds, but like I said, I have issues.
