I bought this product to help with sleeping (deviated septum), and overall, it works as described. The material is firm and comfortable, and it stays in place throughout the night. I noticed a difference in how I breathe almost immediately.However, I would strongly recommend measuring your nose before ordering. I went with the standard size, but in hindsight, I think the large would have fit better. The current size works, but it feels a bit snug, and I imagine a better fit would make it even more effective.If you're unsure, go a size up — better to have a bit more room than too little!

Do a good job dilating the nostrils. The only draw back was that the sides of nose became sore. I did use a bit if Vaseline on the bridge of my nose to protect it. Found I slept better be able to breathe through my nose .

Do the job generally but some of the adhesive isn’t good on the odd one so you wake with it hanging off

I have nasal valve collapse in nothing my nostrils. After trying nasal dilator which only caused sores on my septum I thought I'd give these strips a go. At first I thought they were amazing,.I could breathe much easier and had more energy in the morning no more fatigue. However after juat thre days of use I've had to stop because it's cause skin irritation and sore on my nose and a red band where the strips are placed. One morning I woke with the strip having come off and another ot was stuck so right that it took me over 15mins to remove it and that was with water as per instructions.Sadly I will need to discontinue use and get surgery as this was my last hope to avoid. I believe they will be amazing for those who can tolerate them without sensitive skin.

Useless. They come off in 10minutes after being applied. Also the edges of the pad cause a ich/rash. Wouldn't recommend buying.

Took me a few minutes to work out what to peel off but after that they worked remarkably well. Slightly bent nose which means I sleep on one side due to a closed nostril. These did the job. Stayed on all night. Surprised at the effectiveness. Don't know what everyone else is doing whereby they don't stick.

I have this on subscription, they really work for me, you can literally feel your airways open up.

Husband got these, said they were not effective. They were easy to use but not strong ebough to lift his cavities open so did not improve his breathing or sleep qualify.
