I grab three of these softgels with dinner—no taste, no burps, which is more than I can say for some fish oil pills I’ve tried. They’ve got pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto, supposed to help hair and skin, and after a few weeks, my scalp’s less dry, maybe a bit shinier. Nothing life-changing, but it’s enough to keep me going. The $31 for 300 caps is a good deal, lasting months, but the bag’s a bit of a pain to zip shut sometimes.

These pumpkin seed and saw palmetto gel capsules are easy to swallow and are easy on the stomach. I don't notice any taste and they don't cause any burps like some oil gel capsules do. The capsules are slightly large but are shaped so that they are still easy to swallow. I like the fact that you get saw palmetto as well as pumpkin seed oil for the combined health benefits. The bag came freshly sealed and is resealable. I found this product to be of good quality and a good value for the money.

Instead of the usual list of ingredients I can't even pronounce, these soft gels have pumpkin and saw palmetto. 2 basic ingredients which have plenty of research proving benefits.The dosage is 3 soft gels, which is a lot, but the bag contains 300. Also, it allows you to take 1 or 2 per day if you feel you don't want to introduce so much into your system at a time.There was a very sight smell when I opened the package, could be pumpkin seed, but I'm not good at identifying smells. The soft gels had no taste, and where about the size of an average fish oil pill.Packaging is easy to reseal, but you can't just put the bag on your medicine shelf with the other bottles.My bag has an expiration date almost 2 years away, so these will last a while.

These capsules are fairly large but they're softgels so they're easy to swallow. People who have difficulty with larger size medications may still have an issue, however. They're a dark brown/amber color, which you would expect from pumpkin oil. They come in a resealable bag which is simple for storage and they weren't stuck together like some softgels I've had in the past. The dose is 3 per day which seems like a lot so I started small with 1. There are 300 capsules in the bag so no matter the dose you choose, they're good value for the price at the time of my review of 30.99 or roughly 10 cents per softgel.
