I have been suffering with peri oral dermatitis for TWELVE years!! I guess symptoms may vary a little from person to person but mine were sore, burning, itching, angry red bumps all around my mouth and chin and lower nose. As you can imagine, I have tried every single thing you can think of and many you couldn’t think of. I went to a dermatologist at the beginning of 2014 after about 6 months of trying different things on my own. I was given a couple of topical prescriptions which didn’t work. Then he recommended Accutane which is a somewhat scary oral medication. I was reluctant to take it but I finally agreed. I took it for a year with no improvement in symptoms. So I stopped that drug and he gave me some samples of another topical. No improvement. Then he kinda threw up his hands and said, more or less, I don’t know what else to do. From then until now I’ve sporadically tried different things or just lived with it. Using makeup when I’m out and about. On May 11, 2025 I, honestly, don’t remember what made me search Amazon, yet AGAIN, for something I hadn’t tried before. Well, I saw Terrasil and read the reviews and thought okay I guess maybe I’ll try one more stupid thing that won’t work. Sigh. And then it was quite expensive so I hesitated. Anyway, I ordered and received the next afternoon. Well, the directions were to use once or twice per day. I put on a small amount all around my mouth and it seemed very benign and gentle. No burning no nothing. So I used a couple of times during afternoon/evening.(I tend to be a if some is good more is better type). The next morning when I woke up the whole peri oral area was one big SCAB and scale like I’d been burned. It wasn’t red and didn’t feel bad. Just scab, scab, scab. Well, didn’t know what to think about that really. I won’t go into boring detail about day to day improvements but, as of June 19, 2025, this miserable skin condition that I’ve suffered with all these years is 98/99% healed! The scabs and scale just sloughed off and reformed, sloughed off and reformed less and less each day. There were a few new bumps and I used a TEENY, TINY amount of Terrasil on those once a day. I’m SO, SO, SO AMAZED and HAPPY!!!! Thank you, Terrasil! I guess I should buy a lifetime supply.

This stuff is miraculous. I have been dealing with perioral dermatitis for three or four months now, and nothing worked till I got a tube of this medicine right here. I have been applying it generously for four days, and the nasty stubborn rash is nearly gone. No more dragon scales in, under, and around my nose; no more dreadful itching; NO new blisters. I am so grateful.I tried this on my eyelid eczema to see if that would work, since I would love to be able to stop using steroid cream on my face. Alas, it did not, but I have ordered the sister cream to this one intended for severe eczema. We'll see. In any case I am relieved to have found this product and thankful to the guy on Reddit who suggested it.

Knocking one star off because the tube is so small it looks like it belongs in a dollhouse. It's so expensive for the size. However, it really makes the skin smooth and relieves any irritation. It doesn't have fragrance which is good for sensitive skin. Pretty good consistency. No doubt this is a good brand but just not sure why the product is so small.

Super fast. 3 days and all was well. Would have worked even qui ker had i not waited a week to purchase trying other non effective methods. U can smell the clove but its not unbearable. The key is it works and it works fast.

I put this on some irritated skin I had on my face, hoping to heal it, and it made it so much worse. It became more red and more irritated, and spread to cover a larger area. The ingredients are all different types of oils, so it’s not good if you’re looking for something more comedogenic. It was also crazy expensive for how little you get. I wish I could return it but I can’t. I would like a refund since I paid so much just to make it so much worse.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and refunded the order, leading me to update my review. Perhaps others will have more success with this particular product, but I will consider ordering from this company again because of how wonderful their customer service was in fixing the issue.

So, I had a few sores from picking at my skin that were healing/scabbed over. This product advertises that it heals wounds 3x faster. I thought it would be nice to have if it really worked, I was skeptical.. I figured it would probably do nothing. Well, I would have been much happier if that had been the case! This crap literally reversed my healing and made the scabs become thin after ONE USE guys! I only used it ONE TIME, and I only put a TINY dab of it on my scabs at bedtime! My scabs were full blown open wounds again when I woke up! On top of that I had an allergic reaction and red welps all around the areas I used this.. I believe in ALL NATURAL products.. and this was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE so I thought for sure it was high quality but no no no this was the worst experience I have ever had using a product like this. I was going to return it today but then I found out there’s no returns on it.. what a joke! I’m sure the sellers know they are selling a harmful product and that is why they market it in a way that makes it look like a top shelf product. I can’t believe I fell for this! Please don’t be like me! Save your skin! Save your money! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR ANYONE BUT ESPECIALLY NOT FOR OLDER PEOPLE WITH THIN SKIN AND NOT FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF AND ESPECIALLY DEFINITELY NOT FOR THOSE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN!

This product is a game changer when it comes to LS. The itch and pain are gone, and the area looks so much better. You need to try this product.
