I've used them all. Metamucil, etc. This product works. It is easy to mix and easy to drink. Does not jellify in the glass quickly like some of the others. A good buy!!

Better value than name brand
This was my choice to save money on a product I needed. It performs well, probably as good as most. I wish it had a bit more Orange flavor, but I add sugar free fruit punch and drink it- it helps. I'd buy again.

Keeps ya regular
I disliked the service. The box was tore all to pieces because of cheap packing materials. It was supposed to be a two pack and only got one. I paid $37 for one that cost $15 at Walmart. I want order again if they cost $37 apiece.

Beware: this was old product.
This is good quality fiber, it's just as effective as the name brand Metamucil. However, I would not recommend buying it from Amazon because mine was 3 months from being expired so it's at least a year old. I would get it from Walmart so it's fresh.
