I have taken the same multi vitamin for several years but it just wasn’t working anymore. I saw these and decided to slowly exit the old multi vitamins and add these into the routine. So far they are wonderful, and I noticed the difference on the days I would be taking these instead of my other multi. I feel better not that I felt bad before but I do notice the difference.

I take 2xday with a meal. I really like that they do help with my energy and overall health. Easy to swallow and no taste or smell at all. I think Life Extensions is a great quality company and care for their customer.

I think its good but will make you pee a neon yellow color all day. No matter how much water you drink. The hemoglobin is insane. It will look like you went to a rave and then drank glow sticks afterwards

Best vitamins in the market

Purchased this many times. I trust this brand and their quality. Also, if you look at the nutritional label and do the math, you really only need to take 1 a day which stretches the cost per pill even more! Note that you'll pee out the excess B-2 vitamin in here and your pee will be bright yellow, but that's normal for B vitamins.
