Seems to work. There is a no return policy on this product. I am picky about smells. This product does *not* smell bad -- it just smells like tea tree oil and similar powerful ingredients -- it smells medicinal. Unless you are used to artificial fragrances in all your body products, this will be fine.

Worked great just keep applying for a week and after week and half no more impetigo on chin answered prayer! Definitely worth it.

I have been using for a brief time, it may be helping but it did not cure the area of impetigo within days. The quality seems good and the scent is on the stronger side but pleasant.

If I could give zero stars I would! This smells horrible, and burned the skin so bad! Sucks that they won’t refund because of how bad it is. I was optimistic because of the 4 stars rating. But it was a huge waste of $20

No miracle cream here. I do like it and it seems to help a little. I was expecting it to be a bit better in terms of treatment. If you can handle the burning, a little white distilled vinegar works great, then apply this cream after. The vinegar will burn or you can dilute the vinegar. I will probably order again but not sure.

This product worked immediately on my face. I had spot on my nose and chin and I'm on two days of using it and there's already a huge improvement.
